February 5, 2010
Dear Friends:
It is with great enthusiasm that I write to you today as we have reached another important milestone. Last Friday, February 5, 2010, East Norriton Township issued our construction permit (posted below) for a new regional medical center on the existing Woods Golf Center property. We are progressing as expected and are now beginning to anticipate the start of construction. Stay posted as we look forward to having more exciting news to announce in spring 2010.
Sincerely,

Dear Friends,
We are thrilled to announce that on May 26th, 2009, the East Norriton Board of Supervisors unanimously approved our final land development application. The approval was granted after months of meticulous reviews by the Planning Commission, the Shade Tree Commission and the Board of Supervisors. As a result of this approval, Albert Einstein Healthcare Network is now able to apply for permits needed to begin building the hospital. Our plan is to break ground either in late 2009 or early 2010 and open the hospital by mid 2012.
Thank you to all for your continued support of this project as we progress further to our goal of building a state of the art hospital that will improve healthcare access as well as be an asset to central Montgomery County for many years to come.
Sincerely,
Rich
