Dear Friends:

We are very excited to announce that we have received a unanimous recommendation from the Planning Commission for our final land development application.

We have been busy since the last update was posted. As you may remember, the East Norriton Board of Supervisors granted preliminary approval to our land development application at the end of 2008.  With preliminary approval came a list of modifications we were asked to make to our application before resubmitting the final version.  At the end of January, we filed our final land development application with East Norriton Township and on April 1st and April 8th, the Planning Commission held two special hearings to review our application.  After much discussion, the Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of our application to the Board of Supervisors.   The Board of Supervisors will be meeting during the month of May to review our final application.

In addition, we have met with the Stony Creek Anglers as well as the Farm Park Preservation Association to share our plans for the new hospital and answer any questions that they had.
